Overnight oats
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup milk
- Cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 dab maple syrup
- Pinch sea salt
Steps:
- Mix it all together
- Put in fridge
- Wait a few hours, and mix it up. Put back in the fridge.
