Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Round one:
- Doubled cinnamon
- Substitute maple syrup for molasses and doubled.
- Baked for 13 minutes, and let cool completely so they don’t fall apart.
- Pressed into discs
Round two: just baked as balls, but added the extra chips on top after they came out of the oven.
Round three:
- Used molasses
Notes:
- Definitly add a few chips to each cookie after they come out of the oven
