Pecan Pie



  1. Combine all ingredients except for pecans and mix thoroughly
  2. Pour chopped pecans into the empty pie shell followed by the filling
  3. Watch as the pecans miraculously float up through the mixture
  4. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees
  5. Then turn temperature down to 325 minutes for 25-30 minutes

Notes: 12/28/13 - Followed directions exactly except for the cooking time which was extended due to a cool oven. Excellent.
