Whipped Cream

• 1 cup cold, heavy cream
• 2 tablespoons confectioners sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions:

1. Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl
2. Use handmixer on medium to mix ingredients
3. Stop when you have soft peaks
