Grilled Shrimp Skewers

For shrimp:

Also for skewers:

  1. Puree all but the shrimp in the blender until combined.
  2. Marinade the shrimp and vegetables for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Then just skewer the shrimp and vegetables separately.
  4. The vegetables will take about 15 minutes to cook on the grill.
  5. Turn a few times.
  6. The shrimp will cook pretty fast, about 3-4 minutes on each side.

Serve w/ Coconut Rice
