Chimichurri
Ingrediants:
- A bunch of parsley, stems removed
- 6-8 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves (sub 2 teaspoons dried oregano)
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- Fresh ground black pepper
- Red pepper flakes
Steps:
- Chop parsley, oregano, garlic in tiny food processor
- Mix in olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes
- Flavor to taste
